Release!
The
new Boeing 767 family has arrived in X-plane! After almost six months
of work, the final products are starting to roll out into the world. The
plane is a joint production between Modeller Hiroshi Igami and the FSXP
team.
The planes is a conversion of the FSX model of Skyspirit
2010's Boeing 767 family. Currently, there are 34 models slated for
release between now and the end of August. Currently available are the 767-300ER GE-CF6 model with either one large passenger door or two, along with winglets or now winglets.
The plane comes with a basic 12-page manual depicting how the plane is
flown and several charts for when the plane is in flight. The plane
features detailed animations to almost every part including gears, wing
flex, flap tracks and interior mechanics, doors and sliders, full wing
mobility and even ground services!
The flight model has been
tested by a Boeing pilot to ensure that the plane can meet the operating
abilities of the real plane, and detailed fuel guidance charts from the
original FCOM have been provided within the plane. The plane also
features a comprehensive panel which includes a near-full Overhead and
forward panels.

The 767-300ER GE AWL has umm some wierd cockpit issues like i can only see the eye brow panel up there or the whole screen is filled with the man panel... But i saw that with the 767-300ER GE AL there isn't that problem however the artificial horizen doesn't have a bar in the middle showing where 0* is... I hope you can fix this thanks.
ReplyDeleteyeah, i neglected to check for the panel issue. also, the Artificial horizon is strange, for some reason it just refuses to show up, i don't know why... the panel issue is being fixed but the Artificial horizon issue is still not known
DeleteOh i forgot to mention that, is the aileron deflection of the gyros realistic? Because like as i'm going down the runway taking off and i'm making slight corrections to match the center line the ailerons move quite a bit... I just was wondering if this was correct. And btw about the artificial horizon why don't you look at any other aircraft that has one like your other aircraft you made and copy it over or look at the differences. I'm no airplane maker but i just thought to point it out. Thanks you for the wonderful planes i have enjoyed all the ones you have made in the past and present.

Well see, i actually tried the copy+past method, but it didn't work! for some reason only my plane won't show the horizon bars! i'm investigating, as for the 767 aileron deflection, according to my research and a boeing pilot's testing of the flight dynamics, it's fine.
Deletealso, just saying, you should be using the rudder to steer :P :)
Thanks for the awenser! Umm i do use the rudder for steering but like as i use the rudder to keep the plane straight on the runway center line it kind of sways slightly because at 100 mph and you slightly apply a little rudder it will put some G force's on the aircraft which makes the gyros think they need to counter it to keep the aircraft level. It just strikes me as weird when i make a slight adjustment to the rudder to keep the aircraft straight on the runway and the ailerons pop up slightly to counter it. :p :)

that's the artificial stability at work, you should turn that off because it generates problems with the plane, the switches are at the top left of the OH panel.
DeleteAlright, Michael!! I'm gonna put this bird through the paces. Been waiting for your handiwork.
ReplyDeleteYes!!! Thank you Zroman!!!
ReplyDeleteHey, is the B767 WITH winglets included or not? Stefano
ReplyDeletethis is the NON winglet version, the winglet version is coming
DeleteHappy happy will down load it as soon I come home thank you so mutch
ReplyDeleteGreat aircraft Michael! One thing I want to add and see if anyone else is having this issue is there seems to be an issue with hardware throttles, when they're set to idle, the plane spools up to maximum thrust. Any help would be great!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on completion, I am looking forward to flying her.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the hard work.
thanks for the hard work Michael :) great aircraft :) looking forward to flying more from you :D
ReplyDeleteone question... United just started flying their 767 with winglets. Will you be making a united livery with winglets as well? It looks awesome btw!!
